....but most of this doesn't explain why i have to download a megabyte or two every time i enter a new outpost or city.....

i went to LA and i didn't notice anything different. maybe they're just preparing for the new stuff that they're going to send in during the later updates/expansion. just a guess.

Yeah they talk about going to Amnoon Oasis, and low-and-behold, there are some of them at Amnoon Oasis too.

Oh, that makes sense. I never made the connection. Something big is gonna happen that forces Tombs and all arenas to be on one island. They trying to tie it in like a story.

I'm pointing out the obvious when I say this update is nothing more than a teaser.

I predict the story will unflod as we get closer to the beta event and these new fellas will for *some reason* close the portal to the rift that is the tomb of primeval kings, probably to 'resurrect' the battle isles.

Also with this update in SF SS necros have been hit hard. The sharmans and priest use smite hex now on SS so doing SF with SS necro now is pointless.

I've dealt with that in UW. It's easy enough to work around the smite hexes.

Aurgury does sound different. It sounds familiar. Like something from...Beta.

I went to the Acolytes and screencaped their talk. Here they are in 3 simple compiliations.

Here's the Henchmen chats

Here are The Acolytes in Tombs, Team Arena, and Comp Arena

Finally, here are the Acolytes in Lions Arch and Amnoon

Hope this is somewhat helpful

A friend of mine said it's the same music from the cutscene just before you enter pre-searing Ascalon with a new character. But most people skip it so they can get right in and start playing.

I thought the armor of the warrior hench was interesting; it looked more like it came from India (or rather, somewhere south of China) than from China, reason due to the armor come in big pieces of jade like structure.
